Grantor and Grantee certify, under penalties of perjury, that:

1) Grantee is a qualified organization with a purpose of historic preservation, and
2) Grantee has the resources to enforce the restrictions on the Premises contained in that certain DEED OF SCENIC, OPEN SPACE AND ARCHITECTURAL FACADE EASEMENT made as of the ____ day of ______, 200_, by and between Grantor and Grantee (the “Easement Restrictions”), and
3) Grantee hereby commits that it will enforce the Easement Restrictions in accordance with its ongoing conservation easement enforcement program.
